Scott Petty was the consultant for the job and from start to finish his work was professional. Although he always returned my phone calls promptly, he never seemed preoccupied with his phone when consulting with me ( a touch of courtesy that many contractors could learn). Mr. Petty explained the job thoroughly and knowledgeably, and come up with a fair price.
When the unit was installed the service technicians arrived on time and finished the work early. They were courteous and efficient, and represented the company well. The new unity has worked well over the past month, and I am very glad I chose Airforce to complete the job.
